Last Wednesday evening myself and my husband went

Last Wednesday evening myself and my husband went along to a talk and training at our local football club for CPR and defibrillator training.

It was very informative and I felt this was very important for me so that I can assist if anyone collapsed.

The training was provided by Pronto Training and Funded by the Carli Lansley foundation- keeping young hearts healthy. As many of you know the Carli Lansley Foundation is a charity that I support through the year as it’s very close to my heart.

As a small business it is not actually a requirement to have first aid training but I have always chosen to be trained incase anything was to happen within my business or when out about or with family and friends.
So next time you are booking in for a treatment with any therapist or business perhaps just be mindful if they would be able to assist if you were taken poorly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️GCSE Results Day⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thinking of all the GCSE students and parents who are collecting their results today. The wait is finally over. I’m sure they have all done great and then it’s the start of their new adventures in September.

Thank you to all my clients that have been checking in or wishing my eldest Good luck it really means a lot.

Today I’m taking the day off to take him to collect his results and then enrol onto his chosen college course BTEC in sports coaching and development at the Southend United Community Foundation College. We are super proud of everything he achieves. Then of course our for a celebratory meal as a family.

All messages, calls, emails and comments will be replied to later today, and if you need some relaxation to destress after the nervous waiting i have limited availability on Saturday

One of my beautiful clients Kathryn has created this little book of prints of some local Essex places and businesses.

Kathryn is a local artist who creates amazing watercolour paintings. So some have been put into a book called Drawn From History, each drawing as a little write up of building featured.

I had seen this book on socials and knew I wanted to have this beautiful book in my collection so when I knew Kathryn was coming for a treatment I asked her to bring one along for me to purchase.

Behind The Scenes - after a busy week and weekend I took an extra day off from seeing clients so that I could do my admin (learning, accounts, marketing, and much more). No solar glasses here so I’m just chilling in the garden and watching the reflection in a bowl of water and also using the card and piece of paper method.

The birds seem to have quieten down and there is lovely cool breeze. It feels quite magical with the energy of the new moon in Leo.

Exhausted after a busy week or weekend……

At the end of the week or after a busy weekend do you feel exhausted and feel you need an energy reset.

When I used to work in the corporate world (banking) by the end of the week I felt drained, out of sorts and tense. This was from being under an enormous amount of stress of meeting deadlines which then had a knock on effect with my wellbeing and health. Even then I understood the importance of having some self care in the form of Reflexology on a monthly basis, visiting the gym 3 times a week and meditation.

So if you are feeling exhausted or burnout why not book yourself in for an hour of pure relaxation through holistic therapies.
