Im excited to share with you…….

At the end of September I made a decision that I’ve been thinking about for a couple of years and became a Tropic Ambassador.

I’ve been using the products myself for a few years now and love how my skin has improved in appearance and how natural the products are. My daughter (age 14) has also started to start using some of the products to hopefully help with her blemishes. I would much prefer my daughter to use good quality natural products on her skin then some of the other brands she has been using. Since she started the switch there has been some improvement.

Tropic skincare products will be introduced gradually into my facial treatments and due to the variety of products available I will be able to tailor them to your own skin type.

Over the coming weeks you may notice more details about tropic or different facials available.

But in the meantime if you are interested in knowing more about tropic or would like to try some products please reach out

Client Story - Stress and Sleep I’ve recently had

Client Story - Stress and Sleep

I’ve recently had a beautiful client attending regularly for Reflexology who has seen some amazing results.

My client has been a carer for a family member for a number of years and had been looking for someone locally for treatment to help destress and relax.

From the moment she contacted me we spoke about what treatments may help and discussed her desired outcome, she decided to try Reflexology as she had tried it many years previously.

She explained that she doesn’t get much time for herself so we booked her in for a time and day that suitable for her and when she could get someone to sit with her family member.

When she arrived she seemed very stressed and flustered. We completed a full medical consultation and discussed her lifestyle and the treatment so it gave me an overall picture of her.

I then encouraged her to make herself comfy of the couch with any extra pillows and blankets. I checked with her about lighting, temperature and fragrance in the room. We discussed the different scent of the products and decided on relaxation.

We then started with some breathing techniques and hand placement on the solar plexus to regulate her nervous system and then moved onto a gentle massage.

Shortly after the breathing my client had drifted off into a deep relaxation and fell asleep. She remained asleep for the whole treatment until I did some feet holding and asked her to take a couple of deep breaths. I allowed her time on the couch until she was fully awake and ready to make any movement.

Then the a couple of days after I received the the message to say she had had a good night sleep and felt so much better and looking forward to her next session.

Chakra Balancing and Crystals

We have 7 energy centres known as Chakras that at times can become out of balance or blocked that can have effect on our bodies emotionally, mentally or physicallly. Each energy centre is also associated with body parts, so its not surprising that if one is out of align it could have a effect on us with illness.

Also our lifestyle, health and stress can effect our chakras for instance if you have had some sort of heart break (relationship breakdown or no longer love yourself) it could effect your chakra from flowing evenly.

Crystals can be used to aid your chakras using their own energies and properties. So its not surprising people choose to carry certain crystals with them or wear them as jewellery at certain times.

If you are drawn to the power of crystals I hold crystal workshops, do Crystal Healing or have a range of crystals to purchase. I am always happy to talk about crystals and passionate to help others.

Take Time to Relax
